Privacy Policy — Testing Phase

Depending on how the app is used:

• Managers: name, email, login details.
• Staff: name, email (optional), role, department, shift assignments, time-off requests, tip amounts and payment status, checklist completions.
• Anyone using the contact form: name, email, and your message.

Nothing beyond what's needed to run a work schedule. No payment card numbers, no ID numbers.

Solely to provide scheduling, time-off, tips, and checklist features for the venue using the app. Not used for advertising. Never sold to third parties.

• Each venue's admin sees their own venue's data only.
• Staff see their own schedule, requests, and tip amounts — not other staff members' details.
• No venue can see another venue's data.
• We may access data as needed to fix bugs or respond to support requests during testing.

This app is built using Lovable, an AI-assisted development platform. Lovable states that data entered by people using apps built on it — like you — is not used to train their AI models. We recommend still avoiding highly sensitive personal information during this testing phase, as a general precaution.

Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland). Our infrastructure providers (Lovable/Supabase) are internationally operated companies working under standard EU data protection safeguards, which is normal for most software built on modern cloud platforms.

For as long as your venue is testing the app. Ask us to delete it anytime — see contact below.

If you're in the EU, you can ask us to show you, correct, delete, or export your data.
