Terms of Service — Testing Phase

A work-in-progress staff scheduling tool. Not a finished commercial product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Provided "as is" during testing, with no promise of:

• Continuous availability
• Data being kept indefinitely
• Being free of bugs

We'll do our best, but can't promise either during this phase.

As the app develops, data may occasionally need to be cleared, migrated, or reset. We'll try to give notice where practical, but can't guarantee it every time.

You agree to use it only for its intended purpose — scheduling and managing staff — and not to try to access another venue's data or misuse it in any way.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for loss or disruption from using this testing-phase app — including scheduling errors, tip calculation issues, or downtime.

Stop using the app or request your venue's data be deleted anytime via the contact form or by emailing kristiano.ntem@gmail.com. We may also end access at our discretion while this is a testing product.

These terms will be properly reviewed — likely with legal input — before any public or commercial release, and testers will be told of material changes.
